The reservation services of www.altagamatransfers.com are provided by AltaGama VIP Transfers®.
The indicated rates are valid exclusively for the date of the consultation. They are subject to change and will only be fullled as shown on the website if the requested service is conrmed by charging your credit card and you receive a conrmation number. When making a reservation it is necessary that you give your authorization, written and/or verbal, to make the corresponding charge on your credit card and with this you declare that you are fully aware of our Reservation and Payment Policies, Legal Notice and Cancellation Policies. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of your request. No conrmation can be issued until full payment for the requested service has been made. All steps are marked so you can easily identify them before lling in the contact information and credit card number elds.
Remember to bring the coupon and a valid photo ID with you. If the information you provided during the booking process is not accurate, the provider is not responsible for the correct provision of the service. The information for the reservation of the transport service is provided by the CLIENT. The customer must check the voucher for errors before arriving or departing and inform AltaGama VIP Transfers of any errors. To avoid inconvenience, please print your reservation voucher and have it ready for check-in at the reserved service. If a change to a conrmed reservation is required, please contact your assigned travel consultant and have your reservation and/or conrmation number available.
Civil liability insurance is an insurance supplement to your personal travel insurance. Provides basic personal coverage in case of an accident which may occur during an excursion or transfer booked through AltaGama VIP Transfers. The policy includes limited nancial reimbursement for ambulance, medical coverage, accidental death and repatriation. Our civil liability insurance is contacted through established insurance companies in destination.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation with a 48hr notice prior the pickup time of the service: Full refund.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
Reservations are only accepted via AltaGama VIP Transfers website www.altagamatransfers.com
All passengers MUST arrive on the same ight. AltaGama VIP Transfers will not accept passengers arriving in multiple ights to share transfers with other parties even if they know each other or the arrival time is close. Parties arriving on dierent ights MUST book separates transfers.
All reservations are subject to availability existing at the time of your request. No conrmation can be issued until full payment for the requested service has been made.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and precise information at the time of booking. AltaGama VIP Transfers will not assume any responsibility for errors made by the client during the reservation process related to the Hotel name, airline schedules, number of passengers, or incorrect date.
If the client makes a mistake and misses his transfer, the money will not be refunded, and he/she will have to make a new reservation and pay for it.
AFTER-HOURS FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE REGARDLESS OF THE ACTUAL PICKUP TIME. IF YOUR FLIGHT IS A LATE-NIGHT OR EARLY- MORNING FLIGHT THIS FEE MUST BE PAID AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
RESERVATION SOLD OUT POLICY:
AltaGama VIP Transfers reserves the right to block dates and times automatically in advance due to lack of availability or oversale of services.
For some destinations, AltaGama VIP Transfers does not accept last minute bookings for operational reasons from some airports at some times of the day
RATES POLICIES:
Rates are exclusively valid for the inquiry date. AltaGama VIP Transfers rates are subject to change any time and will only be honored as shown on the website.
Rates are not negotiable, the price listed on the website is nal.
Rates given by any of our personnel via email, over the phone, or text message are not nal or may not be accurate, prices MUST be always veried on the website.

NO SHOW POLICY:
No show means that AltaGama VIP Transfers waited for the client at the hotel, or the airport and the client does not show up without any prior notice via email, phone call, text message or WhatsApp. No refund to the nal consumer shall be made in the event of a ‘no-show’.
PRIVATE TRANSFER POLICIES:
AltaGama VIP Transfers will email all customers a conrmation message after receiving your paid booking.
AltaGama VIP Transfers will include vouchers according to the type of service you booked.

Bookings with passengers arriving on separate ights will be canceled without warning and the 50.00 % cancelation fee will be deducted from the refund.
AltaGama VIP Transfers Vouchers are mandatory to board service on the arrival and departure.
Inaccurate information provided by customer. The client is responsible for providing accurate and precise information at the time of booking. AltaGama VIP Transfers will not assume any responsibility for errors made by the client during the reservation process related or the Hotel name, airline schedules, number of passengers, or wrong dates.
Booking mistakes. If the client makes a mistake and misses his airport transfer, the money will not be refunded, and he will have to make a new reservation and pay for it.
If the ight land early or late, customers will need to wait for the driver. We will do our best to be there but is not guaranteed.
Finding the driver at the airport. If the customer by any reason cannot nd the driver at the airport just call the local phone number on the voucher, do not go with someone else that approaches you (it’s dangerous), try to nd your driver. Our representative at the airport will send a text message to your phone to try to locate you if you have not arrived after an extended period.
Flights cancellations or missed ights. If your ight is cancelled or you missed your connecting ight, you need to inform AltaGama VIP Transfers at least 3 hours prior to the service. If AltaGama VIP Transfers sends the driver to your pick up without any info from your new ight an additional fee for a new transfer will be charged.
Pickup times back to the airport are case sensitive. Driver will wait only 15 minutes after the assigned pickup time and will leave, no money will be refunded.
If for any reason customers need to contact AltaGama VIP Transfers via phone call from the Hotel, do not put Bellboys, Concierges or Butlers, we will only accept calls directly from customer for any inquiry
Pick-up times back to the airport from your hotel are assigned by AltaGama VIP Transfers in advance. We strongly suggest that you do not request a change and keep the suggested pickup time. If you decided to change the pick-up time back to the airport, it will be at your own risk. AltaGama VIP Transfers will not assume any responsibility if you encounter an issue with your ight due to a vehicule break down, at tire, heavy trac, accident on the road or anything else that could delay your arrival to the airport.
Departure Flight delays. If the day of your departure back to the airport from the hotel you nd out that your ight is delayed, be advised that we will do our best to try to accommodate your request, however it is very unlikely that we will be able to change your pick-up time because the transfers schedule is set up the day before and any changes could disrupt other customer pickups. Please understand that it’s your airline that is at fault for ight delays and not AltaGama VIP Transfers. You will have two choices, accept the original pickup time or cancel the reservation and hire a Taxi.
Flight info on AltaGama VIP Transfers website: www.altagamatransfers.com booking system is linked to Flight stats, this is the company that keep track of most of the commercial airline schedules. As a result, when a customer selects the airline name and type in the ight number during the booking process, our automated booking system populate the eld for the arrival and departure time of the selected airline if the ight info is correct. The above is done to avoid mistake when typing an incorrect ight number that can put in danger your transfer. When a customer inserts an incorrect ight info, the system presents an error and don’t allow to resume with the reservation. Charter ights and some airlines that are not very organized in terms of their schedules, the eld for the times are open and the customer can type in the correct times as his own responsibility and making sure are correct.
CHILD SEATS:
AltaGama VIP Transfers provides child seats for a fee on the website. You are also welcomed to bring your own.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICIES:
AltaGama VIP Transfers reserves the right to deny the service to any person that the driver understands is putting in danger his safety or the passengers.
AltaGama VIP Transfers will deny the service to anyone who possesses illicit drugs at the time of service.
Any passenger that displays any of the two points mentioned above will not be oered the service or will be kicked out of the vehicle, the authorities will be informed of the inappropriate behavior, and no refunds for the service will be granted.
